We’ll start with a simple conversation to get to know each other, hear your story, and learn what matters most to you. We will focus on understanding your goals and values, and everything will be kept confidential
Meet in Person
We’ll fly out to meet you and spend time learning the ins and outs of your business firsthand. By walking the floor, meeting your team, and seeing your operations, we’ll gain the context we need to understand what makes your company special. Will ask for basic financial information about your business to help us provide a rough estimate of its value.
Letter of Intent
If we’re aligned, we’ll put together a Letter of Intent that outlines price, structure, and a shared vision for the future. In this step will create a roadmap that is clear, fair, and shaped around your priorities.
Due Diligence & Transition Planning
We’ll carefully review the details of your business, begin the legal documentation process, and work alongside you to confirm that everything is in place. Together, we’ll plan for the future. Will define go-forward roles, identify areas for investment, and ensure the transition works for both you and your team.
Close Deal & Celebrate
Upon successful completion of due diligence, we will finalize the agreement, and wire funds appropriately. We’ll celebrate this milestone together and start working on a smooth handoff.
